Assorted splashes of ink from my electronic quill

First they came for the communists, and I did not speak out--
   because I was not a communist;
Then they came for the socialists, and I did not speak out--
   because I was not a socialist;
Then they came for the trade unionists, and I did not speak out--
   because I was not a trade unionist;
Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out--
   because I was not a Jew;
Then they came for me--
   and there was no one left to speak out for me.

~ Pastor Martin Niemoeller, 1938. In Dachau.

Anything you want to speak up about?

Those people of middle-Eastern appearance. People who consort with suspected criminals. And next would be...?
No, of course there won't be a knock on your door. Nothing to hide, nothing to fear. Unless the Australian government thinks you might have something that would embarrass them. Then they won't bother to knock.

Sure you want to stay quiet, while you still have the choice?

Tell me, who's going to speak up for you, if you don't speak up for me?
